  • Sunday School and Faith Formation Registration Form:  2023-2024 Program year

    All children ages 0-18 who will participate in any of our youth Christian Education programs ... whether Sunday School, Faith Formation classes, or Youth Group ... should have a completed Registration form on file for the current program year. Download here.

  • 2022-2023 CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION FORM

    If you would like to register to become a part of our new Confirmation class, culminating in Confirmation in 2022, please complete a Registration form and return it to the church office.


    This will include all students currently going into the 9th grade (Freshman as of August 2022) AND ANY ADULTS who have never been confirmed but would like to be. Please return forms at your earliest convenience. Confirmation for this group will begin on September 28, 2022.

  • 2024 STAATS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

    To apply for an Edward H. Staats and Mary Staats Memorial Scholarship, students must be a member of Saint Stephens United Church of Christ who has been active and faithful in its ministry. They must also be a student in good standing at their school who has demonstrated good scholastic standards. Additional requirements are noted on the Instructions and Application for the Edward H. Staats and Mary Staats Memorial Scholarship, available here for download. The download is a fillable PDF and can be emailed to terra@ststephensucc.net or printed and returned to the church office once completed. All applications must be typed and not handwritten. Please note:  Graduating high school seniors will be given first preference regarding scholarships and amounts; however, university or technical undergraduate students in good standing are also welcome to apply.


    Note:  Application Deadline is April 15, 2024.

  • 2024 SHOLUND ESTATE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION


    The Sholund Estate Scholarship was made possible by the Estate of Alice Sholund. When she passed away in 2004, Alice bequeathed funds to set up a scholarship to enable faithful Saint Stephens members to pursue higher education. This year one 2024 high school graduate, who is a member of Saint Stephens United Church of Christ and who has been active and faithful in its ministry, will be awarded a $1,000 scholarship. 


    Applicants must also be a student in good standing at their school who has demonstrated good scholastic standards and been involved in their community, exemplifying the attributes Saint Stephens holds so dear ... faith, welcome, kindness, and action.
